These are great, Amelia! I love Maddie and Company watching, then eviscerating the movies, I would expect nothing less from Anne Kadet and now I want roast beef for Christmas this year.

I would have roast beef for Thanksgiving too if my family would allow it! 😉

Amelia, I love how delightfully unique everyone’s traditions are—I was cackling at Joanna’s and Anne’s! And the detail about you still anticipating Christmas as spring turns to summer was so sweet. This was so fun to participate in…and to read! 🤗

My kids are 18 and 22, and I think with their busy lives Christmas travel may be the only time we can do so. I plan on bribing them with a trip every year instead of gifts.

yes - I keep hearing that once they reach the college+ years, a Christmas trip becomes an excellent thing to do! are you going somewhere this year?

Love this roundup, Amelia!

Our family plays games! And tbh, after you’ve stuffed yourself at the holiday feast, the best game you could play is one that . . . allows you to sit on the couch. 😂 We play Jackbox Games, where each person can participate using their phone as a keypad. There’s trivia, drawing games, get-to-know-you games, even one where you can have your own 90s rap battle, which is quite the crowd-pleaser, lol. Great for big groups! And they have a “family-friendly” filter to keep it all PG.

This is so great - I did not know about Jackbox Games but that sounds perfect for our multi-generational group - thanks so much for the idea! And happy holiday!
