Amelia, I also loved Trust and felt intimidated to dip in, but it was so rewarding. Why do we get nervous around books sometimes?

such a great question - I think "Trust" as a title didn't really grab me, and then when it was lauded as an "award winner" I assumed it wasn't my type of book. so glad I read it though - still thinking about it!

You sound like such an incredible mom! I’m in such awe at how my son has changed and how the early stages of a relationship have evolved in just the first 14 months — I can only imagine what that will be like in 14 years. Thanks so much for sharing 💛 (bookmarking for my future self)

Also, I loved Trust too! Such a unique read!

ah - 14 months - I bet he's keeping you on your toes! those early years are so physical and emotional (which I found super-hard) and later it's all about communication and trust, which I feel like I'm a bit better suited for - thank you SO much for the compliment - sweet music to every mom's ears!
